Questions about health and Covid-19 virus call the Covid 19-hotline at 512.978.8775. This number provides support to ALL TRAVIS COUNTY RESIDENTS who have questions, are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms who do not have insurance and/or access to primary physician.
Williamson County
For non-emergency questions, please call the Williamson County COVID-19 information center: 512-943-1600. It is currently operating daily, Monday through Sunday, from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. or email COVID-19@wilco.org.
Telehealth Services - Healthcare providers are encouraging all patients experiencing flu-like symptoms to first use mobile apps or visit websites that have been set up for COVID-19 response. For your safety and convenience telehealth resources are available. Before scheduling an appointment with your healthcare provider or walking into a clinic, urgent care center or hospital it is recommended that you use one of these or similar services listed below.
Baylor Scott & White - Visit their website or to install the app on your mobile device, simply text BETTER to 88408 to have it sent to your phone. No appointment is needed.
Ascension - Visit their website to download the app. Use the code HOME for a $20 cost per visit, and no appointment is needed.
MDLive - Visit their website to sign-up for a free account.
TelaDoc - Visit their website to set-up an account or download their app. The cost of a Teladoc visit depends on your health plan, with everyday care costing less than $49.
HeyDoc - Visit their website to download the app. A visit on HeyDoc costs the patient between $10 and $50.

Services for Uninsured
Central Health-funded CommUnityCare Health Centers launched a hotline staffed with medical professionals to triage uninsured Travis County residents experiencing coronavirus-like symptoms (COVID-19).
People experiencing COVID-19 symptoms who are uninsured and do not have an established doctor can call the COVID-19 Hotline at 512-978-8775 for guidance. Starting today, medical professionals will answer the phones and triage callers – specifically people who are uninsured – to prevent them from going directly to a clinic, urgent care, or emergency department. For now, the hotline is available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Integral Care - If you are experiencing a mental health crisis for any reason contact the 24/7 Helpline at 512.472.HELP (4357). TTY 512.703.1395.
Crisis Text Line - Experiencing stress or anxiety related to Covid-19 receive support through the crisis text line by texting TX to 741741. This provides free crisis support via text.
Disaster Distress Helpline- 1-800-985-5990 provides 24/7 year round crisis counseling and support to people experiencing emotional distress due to natural or human caused disasters, including a public health crisis. You can also text TalkWIthUs to 66746.
National Suicide Prevention Helpline- 1-800-273-TALK to be connected to free and confidential support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
NAMI - A guide to COVID-19 resources and information related to mental health support and needs.
Wonders and Worries - Are offering extended helpline hours 844.939.6633 from Monday-Thursday, 10am.-4pm., virtual support via video and mail, telephone based support for parents, and Sup! The teen focused mobile app. They also have good resources for talking with your child about Covid-19.
